When I got home that evening, I sat from noon till night, waiting for the door to open. The only people who had keys were me and him.
“I’m a bit hungry. I’d like to have your pork rib soup.”
As soon as Mr. Wilson walked in, he rubbed his neck, his face tired.

The next day was Mr. Wilson’s wedding. I submitted my resignation letter and then boarded a flight to go abroad.

I looked into his flirtatious eyes and smiled.
“Of course it still applies.”
I spent about a month abroad with Tim Bronte, until one day, as he held me, he suddenly laughed and said,

Tim Bronte looked at me with a scrutinizing gaze before taking my hand.
“He couldn’t find you that day, so he had people track down your information. When they found out all your contact info had been deleted, and that you had submitted your resignation letter, he panicked and fled the wedding,”
