I’d already been kicked out of the group chat, but a quick handed parent added my account.
Parent: Hello, are you sure it’s Ms. Emily?
I sent her a video from the scene. “Absolutely.”
Parent: Alright, I’ll be at the school tomorrow to demand an answer face–to–face, and I’ll file
a complaint with the education bureau too. Who would’ve thought someone so innocent–looking could be so disgusting behind the scenes!
If only she knew–this was just the beginning. I also forwarded her past chat records, showing Emily repeatedly insulting mothers.
Emily: Alex baby, there was this horrible old lady in class today! Just because her daughter didn’t get any snacks, the kid lied to her, saying her food was stolen. And that old hag even came to the school to complain–it was terrifying. Are all old women like this? Ugh, I never want to get old and turn into a mad dog like that.
Alex: Don’t worry, baby. You’re the youngest! Those old women are terrible; we’ll steer clear
of them.
There was a long pause on the other side after reading this. Then several voice messages came through.
Parent (voice message): That was me! My daughter’s snack was taken by a boy, and Emily said my daughter was playing the victim. When I confronted her, she insisted my daughter misremembered. I thought kids sometimes exaggerate, so I didn’t press further. I even felt bad, thinking a young teacher’s job isn’t easy, but it turns out she was lying! Oh, she’s going to see just what an “old woman” can do.
With Alex and Emily cowering, I kindly plastered a poster outside her apartment complex:
“Best wishes to Emily and Alex for a lifetime of love, growing old together.”
Later, Emily messaged me:

Emily: Don’t think you’ve won. Alex has seen your true colors now, you old witch!
The thought she believed 1 was “fighting over” Alex made me laugh–who would want someone like him? Have at it, dear! You seem to love trash so much; just be careful you don’t get sick from it.
Oh, and I almost forgot–remember to get a blood test. That’s all the help I can give you.
Emily: Blood test? What do you mean? Explain yourself! Alex said he’s fine! Answer me!
No response–only a fool would reply. It was just a scare tactic.
With the display done, I packed up and tossed all of Alex’s things out. This was my house,
and he’d only ever been a guest.
The next morning, dressed smartly, I went to the kindergarten. Front–row view of the drama, and I was ready to join if necessary. This wasn’t the time for aloofness; I was all in, advocating for family values.
It was lively; a large crowd had gathered, with one woman leading the charge, speaking directly to the principal.
Leader: Get Emily out here!
The principal, visibly sweating and backed against the wall, tried to calm everyone down.
Principal: Please, everyone, calm down. Ms. Emily didn’t come in today, and I can’t reach her. But I assure you, we share the same goal–a healthy environment for your children. Once we investigate the matter thoroughly, we’ll update everyone as soon as possible.
People weren’t satisfied.
Parent: What’s there to investigate? The chat records are right there. Those messages came straight from Emily, not some forgery. Are you defending her?
Another parent: Yeah, are you her dad or something?
Thé principal, now flustered, scrambled to prove his innocence and, finally, dialed Emily’s number in front of everyone. To everyone’s surprise, she answered.

Her voice came through, loud and crying.
Emily: Principal, that woman maliciously doctored images to slander me! I’ve already called
the police. You have to defend me…
Oh, images? She just reminded me–time to give everyone some clear proof.
