A vein bulged on Jayden’s forehead, and just as he was about to say something, Isabella suddenly stepped out from behind George, cutting off the argument with a sharp, “Enough”

He couldn’t be sure if Isabella was bluffing or not. If it were the old her, he wouldn’t have believed a word and would’ve brushed it off. But now, he wasn’t so sure. He started to wonder if Isabella really didn’t love him anymore.

Isabella scoffed coldly and glanced at George, Jayden clenched his fists, watching helplessly as the two walked away.
