Suddenly, Luna’s eyes lit up. She clapped her thighs in excitement and jumped up from the sofa, laughing. “That’s right. How did I not think of that?”
Henry was not only a man who controled half of the entertainment industry’s destiny, but the Ferdinand family was already quite powerful. His wealth was simply incredible.
Luna grabbed the potato chips from the coffee table and took a big bite, happily saying. “As long as Henry invests, I can do whatever I want with this drama.”
Big–budget period dramas like these were sure to burn through lot of money.
If Henry was backing it, the shooting would go really smoothly.
If only Windy Studio was funding it, the whole process became eally complicated. For Luna, there would be limitations everywhere.
Luna’s eyes sparkled. ‘I’ll call him later to talk about this.” With her unbeatable gift of gab, she was confident she could convince Henry.
Isabella chuckled lightly. “Okay. But if Henry is investing in this script, he’ll definitely choose Julia. You need to think carefully
Henry said before that the script was meant for Julia. He wouldn’t agree to change the lead actress.
Luna waved her hand dismissively. “That’s a minor issue. I know these actresses well, and no one else can fit this role.”
It was not
like she could just replace her with someone else. Isabella had a sharp eye for talent.
Isabella nodded in agreement. They were on the same page. She softly replied, “Yeah, but make sure to watch out. Julia’s got some self–esteem issues and might find it hard to stay in character.”
Luna
was taken aback and looked at Isabella in surprise. “How do you even know that?”
She regretted asking as soon as she spoke. It was obvious Isabella knew because of her past connection with Jayden.
She hadn’t forgotten how dedicated Isabella was when picking a script for Jayden. She not only considered how well the role suited him but also checked who the other were, the overall situation of the project. She would even investigated the investors thoroughly. All these factors were key to a script becoming a big hit.
Before Isabella could speak, Luna interrupted with a smile, “I’ll make sure to keep an eye on things so nothing goes wrong.
The two of them silently moved past the topic of Jayden.
Isabella nodded, took a sip of the lemonade on the table, and asked, “By the way, did Charles drop you home that day?” Since Charles had a driver. Isabella wasn’t really worried. She just suddenly remembered the matter.
The conversation took an unexpected turn. Luna’s memory was immediately pulled back to that day, causing her cheeks to flush slightly. She didn’t dare look at Isabella, quickly glancing elsewhere and stammering, “Well, I guess he did,”
He did take her to the hotel.
Luma was confused. Now that she was sober, she could clearly remember how she kissed him and undressed him. Kissing was one thing, but she ended up knocking him out. Every time she remembered it, Luna wished she could bury herself.
Isabella looked at Luna in confusion. “What do you mean? If he dropped you off, he dropped you off. So why the doubt?” She placed the lemonade on the coffee table and looked at Luna with a teasing expression, tentatively asking. “Did you

accidentally sleep with him–or something?”
Luna instantly choked on her own saliva.
Seeing this reaction, Isabella sat up straight and looked at Lana thought they were a good match. But she didn’t expect them to
surprise. “Did I actually guess right?” She originally rep together.
Seeing Isabella was misunderstanding, Luna caught his breath and quickly waved her hands. “No. What on earth are you thinking? We’ve only just met, and whenever we see each other, We’re nearly at each other’s throats. How could we have slept together?” Luna hurriedly explained, afraid that if she was even second late, Isabella would imagine all sorts of nonsense.
Isabella chuckled softly. Luma’s explanation really did sound like he was trying to hide something.
However, everyone there was an adult, so she naturally wouldn’t say much more.
She smiled and said, “Yeah, don’t worry. If you like each other, be together. If not, then don’t.”
Seeing that the more she explained, the more suspicious it seemned, Luna pouted in frustration and said, “Hmph, I’m not talking to you anymore. I’m hanging up.”
Isabella had gotten a bit cheeky, Isabella used to never tease her like this.
Isabella smiled and nodded, “Alright, I’m about to clock out too
Luna waved and said, “Bye, sweetheart.”
Isabella waved at her before ending the call
After hanging up, Luna rolled around on the couch a few times. Ugh, this is driving me crazy” She was already stressed out about how to apologize to Charles, and now there was yet another worry added.
Luna sat on the couch, ran her fingers through her messy hair, and took a deep breath. She thought, Overthinking doesn’t help right now. I’d better improvise.
Once she calmed down, Luna called Henry,
It needed to be settled with him sooner rather than later.
Henry picked up pretty quickly, and his playful voice came through the line. “Luna, did you finish reading the script I sent you?
Henry didn’t beat around the bush, getting straight to the point about the matter. That was something Luna appreciated. She couldn’t stand people who dragged things out unnecessarily.
Luna replied, “Yeah, the script is great. I don’t mind Julia playing the lead role, but I need to meet her first.”
At the moment, Henry was in his office, pouring a glass of red wine. He paused and said, “No problem. After all, whether she’s suitable or not depends on her understanding of the script
Even though Henry was the CEO of an entertainment company, he was well–versed in all the nuances of the industry. After all, not everyone made money out of thin air.
Luna nodded, saying, “Yeah. If she doesn’t understand it well or isn’t willing to play the role, there’s nothing I can do.”
Actors must align perfectly with the script’s spirit. Otherwise, it was all for nothing. Especially since this was going to be a major production. If it failed, it wouldn’t be good for anyone. So they were being extra careful with the casting. One wrong step and it was money down the drain

Chapter 113
Henry took a sip of his wine and said softly. “Well, I won’t restrid you on which other actors in choose. It’s completely up to you this meaning was clear he wasn’t going to use his connections to force anyone in.
Luna was naturally pleased because she dreaded investors pushing in their own people. It went without saying about looks but it someone lacked acting skills and understanding of the project, it would undoubtedly ruin a good production.
Henry’s promise left Luna completely satisfied. She glanced at the coffee she had just sipped, picked it up again, and smiled as she asked, “Mr. Ferdinand, have you considered investing in this drama under your own name?”
Henry was momentarily surprised, then gave a slight smile and replied, “What’s your suggestion, Luna? Henry immediately understood what Luna meant. As expected from Luna, she was quite adept at these self–serving actions.
