I chuckled, indulging his antics, offering a fresh glass. Gu Yuan blocked me again.
“Mr. Thorne is an important man. He can’t drink from our cups. It’s unsanitary. Mineral water, Mr. Thorne?”
I playfully punched his shoulder.
Lucian’s gaze flickered over us before returning to the matter at hand.“No thanks. Let’s discuss
business.”
